The First Daughter stunned in a $12,888 Rodarte gown at the state dinner honoring French President Emmanuel and First Lady Brigette Macron at the White House on April 24. The tiered pink tulle gown was covered in tiny black polka dots and featured a pretty flower embellishment at the waist. She paired the look with simple black pumps, drop earrings and a red lip.
